Rose earned her DVM in 2004 from Michigan State University. During vet school she discovered her love of pathology while working as a student technician at the MSU Diagnostic Center for Population and Animal Health. She then relocated to North Carolina for residency training in Anatomic Pathology at North Carolina State University, and earned her board certification in 2007.
Rose is a member of ACVP and AVMA. She is a member of Antech’s Pet Cancer Pathology Team and the Ophthalmology specialty group.
Rose joined Antech in 2007 and works at the Durham, North Carolina location. When not reading biopsies, she enjoys traveling (especially to our country’s national parks), hiking, and following her favorite sports teams: the Michigan State Spartans, Cleveland Guardians, and Carolina Hurricanes.
