Fabiano received his DVM from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil, in 2002. He then remained at UFSM to complete a Master’s program in veterinary pathology. In 2005, Fabiano moved to U.S. for his residency training in anatomic pathology at Texas A&M University and earned board certification in 2009. He worked as an anatomic pathologist for five years at the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) before joining the Antech team in their regional Texas office in College Station. He has authored and co-authored several studies on diagnostic pathology. His areas of interests include oncology, dermatopathology, and infectious diseases. Fabiano and his wife live in College Station (TX) with their two sons and two cats.
