Eric Kufuor-Mensah

Eric is originally from Ghana, West Africa, (formerly the Gold Coast, a member of the British Empire). Eric graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1979 and was appointed an instructor of anatomic pathology and continued to the rank of assistant professor. In 1987, Eric left academia to pursue further studies at Michigan State University where he enrolled in dual residency and PhD program in pathology - environmental toxicology with special interest in ocular pathology. Upon completing his studies Eric returned to academia as Associate Professor of Pathology for one year and subsequently joined Antech Diagnostics in 1998. Eric is an adjunct professor of pathology at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California.
